Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return, refund, and warranty policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom-Made Jewelry

All of our jewelry is handmade to order and produced specifically according to your personal request.
As these items are customized and made-to-order, they are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU and Danish consumer law.


This means that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once the production of your order has started, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, you have the right to request a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the two-year statutory warranty under Danish law.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you notice any issues. We may request photos or additional details to help us resolve the matter quickly.

Warranty Coverage

We offer a two-year statutory warranty in accordance with Danish law.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that were present at the time of delivery.
The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or alterations made by the customer or third parties
     

After 12 months, the customer may be required to provide proof that the defect was not caused by misuse.

Warranty and Product Inspection

To ensure a smooth resolution process, we kindly ask customers to inspect their jewelry as soon as possible upon delivery. Any defects or issues should be reported to us promptly.

If a defect is found, the customer must return the jewelry to us along with a clear explanation of the problem or defect.

  • If the claim is valid and the defect is confirmed, we will cover the cost of shipping the item back to us and any return shipping to the customer.

  • If the claim is not valid, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item to us and sending it back to them.
     

Please note that while you are legally entitled to make a claim within two years, delays in reporting a defect may make it more difficult to determine whether the issue was present at the time of delivery or caused by later use.

Health & Allergy Disclaimer

Our jewelry is crafted using high-quality materials; however, we cannot guarantee that customers will not experience allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are not allergic or sensitive to the materials used. We are not liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritation, or health-related issues that may occur from wearing the jewelry.
