Materials:
Each pendant is handcrafted from 8K Gold/14K Gold or Sterling silver (925), nickel-free, and made to last for generations.
Design Details:
Each pendant is created directly from your drawing or photo.
The design follows the original lines, shapes, and characters as faithfully as possible.
Because the artwork is transformed into a physical piece of jewelry, small technical adjustments may sometimes be necessary, for example, adding connection points where lines need support to remain durable.
These changes are minimal and usually unnoticeable in the final piece, and are made only to ensure the pendant’s strength.
Pendant Size:
The size of the finished pendant typically ranges between 2 cm and 2.5 cm. This measurement refers to the longest side of the design either the height or the width depending on the proportions of the original drawing or photo.
For example, if the figure in the drawing/photo is taller than it is wide, the pendant’s height will be between 2–2.5 cm, and the width will scale proportionally according to the artwork’s shape.
If the drawing is wider, the width will be the side measured between 2–2.5 cm, and the height will be adjusted accordingly.
This ensures that every design, whether it’s a figure, symbol, or abstract form is perfectly scaled and beautifully balanced.

We ship from Denmark.
Free Shipping within the EU.
Denmark: Delivery within up to 7 business days.
EU countries: Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on destination.
Outside the EU: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost and vary by country.
Customs & Delays :No customs fees are expected within the EU. However, if local authorities apply any additional charges, these are beyond our control.
Customs policies different by country, and occasional delays may occur due to customs procedures.

Return & Refund Policy
All jewelry is custom-made and therefore non-refundable under EU and Danish consumer law, unless faulty or not as described. We provide a two-year statutory warranty covering manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, accidents, or alterations.
Customers are kindly asked to inspect their jewelry upon delivery and report any defects as soon as possible. Claims can be made within two years, but delays may make it more difficult to prove that the defect existed at delivery.
If a defect is found, the jewelry must be returned with a clear explanation of the issue. If the claim is valid, we cover all shipping costs. If the claim is not valid, the customer covers the shipping costs both ways.
